I Go To The River

Words by Ray Boltz and Brent Alan Henderson, Music by Ray Boltz
I have walked in a garden
The morning after the rain
I have watched in silent wonder
As everything changed
Oh, what a gift from the Father
Is the Water of Life
Like a river that flows
Deep in my soul
Its from an endless supply
CHORUS I:
Where do I go
When Im thirsty and dry?
I go to the river
And I always find
Rest for my soul
Peace for my mind
I go to the river
When Jesus prayed in the garden
His brow was furrowed with pain
And what appeared to be drops of blood
Were falling down like the rain
He found strength for the journey
He found it down on His knees
And where He knelt a river flows
And it flows for you and me
CHORUS I
CHORUS II:
What do I do
When Im covered with stains
I go to the river and I wash them away
Everythings new
Everythings changed
I go to the river
Its a river of healing
Its a river of faith
Its a river of gladness
Its a river of grace
Its a river of mercy
Its a river of love
Its a river of freedom
Its a river of blood
CHORUS I, CHORUS II
CHORUS I, CHORUS II

Types of women! (Humour)

TYPES OF WOMEN

ü HARD-DISK Woman:
She remembers everything, FOREVER.

ü RAM Woman:
She forgets about you, the moment you turn her off.

ü WINDOWS Woman:
Everyone knows that she can't do a thing right, but no one can live without her.

ü EXCEL Woman:
They say she can do a lot of things but you mostly use her for your four basic needs.

ü SCREENSAVER Woman:
She is good for nothing but at least she is fun to look at!

ü INTERNET Woman:
Difficult to access.

ü SERVER Woman:
Always busy when you need her.

ü MULTIMEDIA Woman:
She makes horrible things look beautiful.

ü CD-ROM Woman:
She is always faster and faster.

ü E-MAIL Woman:
Every ten things she says, eight are nonsense.

......Mmh,by now i guess whoever finishes to read this would be in a position to tell what type of a woman she is or rather what type of a woman someone has as a wife!

Nota Bene::I'd rather be hated for who I am than be loved for who I'm not.

Have fun all along!!!

Let's Begin Again!!

On Celebrating our 9th Anniversary, which carries a very intimate meaning in a spiritual realms. Thanks heaven for being so gentle on our walk in marriage!!
I always recall a song by Ray Boltz which I would lately like to share its Lyrics-"Let's Begin Again"
This song had been always clicking in my heart whenever I recall the day we exchanged our wedding Vows
The Lyrics go as follow:
I can still remember
When we said our wedding vows
We gave the Lord our hearts and our home
But lately we've been so busy
It's changing us somehow
I wonder if that's why we feel alone

Chorus:

Let's begin again
Trust in Him and not our feelings
Let's leave the loneliness behind
Take my hand and then
We can find a new beginning
Let's begin again
While there's still time

Jesus made a promise

If two of us agree
The Father up above would hear our prayer
He is still the healer
Of hurting families
And there is hope as long as He is there
Repeat chorus twice

The hustles of this modern life always tend to greatly interfere with the divine institution of marriage...and its only through faith in Him,the Founder and finisher of our faith, that we can stand tall again after being hit under the belt as far as our homes and family are concerned!
Be candid with your love life and gauge the romance you had when you both started from your wedding day....Is it still there? Where did it go? Who stole it?...Very important to have honest answers from these bitter questions.
Well, let meditate on the Law of the Lord below:

Prov 5:15-20 Drink waters out of your own cistern, and running waters out of your own well.Let your fountains be dispersed abroad, and rivers of waters in the streets. Let them be only your own, and not strangers' with you.Let your fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of your youth.Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy you at all times; and be you ravished always with her love. And why will you, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?

A decent Wife-Proverb 31

Well,I had to ponder deeply how does it mean to be a husband of a truely decent wife as described by Solomon the wisest in Proverbs 31.May the Good Lord give us more of these women of virtues as wives always...!

Sports in the work Place!!

Someone wrote the following in conjunction with an effective Leader!!!
Effective leaders are loyal. They are loyal to God, their families, and the places where they serve.(work place) They are loyal to friends. And their loyalties are intense and obvious to everyone who knows them...
Effective leaders are joyous and fun. One of the main reasons that leaders are effective is because they have eager followers. People like to follow leaders who are fun and demonstrate obvious joy in their lives. Who wants to follow a grumpy, joyless leader?..Ndiyo maana na mimi hapa niliamua kuwaunga vijana wangu mkono katika Ligi yao ya Adevosa.....Ufunguzi ndiyo kama huo

Birthday wishes dissolves!

My staffs prepared a birthday surprise...however they ended up surprising themselves this evening!!!
Thanks for the giver of Life!
...Somebody said..NEVER AGAIN will I confess or focus on a lack of wisdom, because the Word says: "Christ Jesus has become for me wisdom from God." (1 Corinthians 1:30) and "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5)

Children are an heritage of the LORD!!!

Prov 31:31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates....so to say even her sons...!!

Prov 31:25 Strength and honor are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.....
Prov 31:10 Who can find a virtuous WIFE? for her price is far above rubies.(Haya ni maisha ya mwanamke wa kiafrika-multi tasking even kwenye house chores)
See, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.Happy is the man that has his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.(Psalm 127:3-5)
